GENEVA – Ali Zarqa, a member of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF), said on Tuesday that he considers call for postponing elections as an attack on Libya’s peace roadmap.
Speaking during LPDF conference in Geneva, Zarqa rejected demands to hold a constitutional referendum ahead of the elections in December, which he said would only cause delay.
