The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, and the President of the State Council, Khaled Al-Mashri, will meet in the city of Zintan to decide on three files, which are the constitutional rule, the sovereign positions, and the executive authority, Adel Karmous, a member of the State Council, revealed.
The most prominent file will be the constitutional track related to setting up a mechanism for approving the constitutional rule to reach the elections as soon as possible, Karmous explained in press statements.
Karmous indicated that the file of the executive authority will be raised, “which has become a duty to change due to its inability to carry out its mission to hold elections on the date set for it and the end of its term, and it is incapable of establishing security and control over the entire country.”
