The Chief of Staff of military forces based in western Libya, General Mohamed Al-Haddad, met on Monday with a British diplomatic delegation to discuss joint cooperation, support for the Libyan army and the provision of training in all sectors, according to a statement by the Libyan General Staff on its official Facebook page.
During the meeting, which took place in Tripoli, Al-Haddad stressed upon “the depth of relations between Libya and the United Kingdom”, and discussed with the British embassy delegation “means of joint cooperation between the two countries, the hard work to support the Libyan army and providing training skills in all fields”.
