GENEVA – Idris El Barasi, a member of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF), said, during the forum’s conference in Geneva on Tuesday, that the constitutional referendum must be held after elections to avoid any delay.
The LPDF member also said that Libya is going through a “dangerous” and “exceptional” phase, which can only pass through by a “social dialogue for conciliation”.
