Sebha – The National Development Agency announced on Thursday the continued steady progress of the Al-Mushir Mosque project in Sabha.
The agency added that the site has seen the completion of a significant portion of the construction work, including the pouring of 107 out of 282 foundations in the mosque’s courtyard, in addition to the ongoing formation of the architectural arches in the two arcades.
It noted that the work on the minaret, which has reached a height of 52 meters as part of the fourth phase, is progressing concurrently with the preparation of the general site for the project’s subsequent stages.
It pointed out that the work is moving towards establishing a new religious and architectural landmark that will enrich the urban character of the city of Sabha and enhance its identity.
