Outgoing Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dabaiba is obstructing granting entry visa to the German diplomat Christian Bock, the Director-General of Political Affairs and the German Special Envoy to Libya, private sources told the Libya Update.
The purpose behind Dabaiba’s action is to hinder German efforts to launch a new political initiative to solve the political stalemate in Libya, according to the sources.
