Libya’s outgoing prime minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, and several other top officials in his administration including security chiefs are heading to Algeria for an official visit, the GNU said on Monday.
The government-owned media platform, Hakomitna, reported that chief of the General Staff of western Libya military forces, the Chief of the General Intelligence Service, and the Head of the Internal Security Service are among those accompanying the outgoing premier in this visit.
