GENEVA – Ali Dbeibeh, a member of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF), questioned the suitability of holding election on December 24 as set out by the UN-sponsored peace plan, adding that “appropriate environment” is not available.
Speaking during a conference in Geneva on Tuesday, the LPDF member, who is also a cousin to Libya’s interim prime minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, accused the international community of not providing enough support for his cousin’s government.
