Deputy Prime Minister Hussein Al-Qatrani postponed his trip to Russia at the request of premier Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, Al-Qatrani told Libyan media on Wednesday.
Originally scheduled for this week, Al-Qatrani amounted that his trip would be postponed until next week. However, the deputy premier did not explain why his boss asked him to delay the Moscow visit.
Al-Qatrani also revealed that he will take a trip to Turkey at the end of January.
