Davos – Dr. Mahmud Elforjani, Director General of the National Development Agency (NDA), is representing the State of Libya at the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026 in Davos, Switzerland. His participation follows an official invitation extended under the theme “The Spirit of Dialogue.”
The Director General’s agenda includes attending keynote sessions and specialized forums, as well as holding bilateral and coordination meetings on the sidelines of the event. These meetings involve various decision-makers, representatives of international institutions, and the private sector, with the aim of showcasing Libya’s development vision, exploring cooperation opportunities, and strengthening partnerships in the fields of development, infrastructure, and investment.
The Forum serves as a global platform bringing together leaders from government, business, civil society, and academia to discuss global challenges and establish shared priorities for sustainable growth and innovation. This contributes to fostering international dialogue and supporting pathways toward comprehensive development.
