Benghazi – Deputy Chair of the Education Affairs Committee, Sultana Al-Mismari, met with faculty members from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Benghazi University, Dr. Noha Al-Maqrahi and Dr. Salma Boukhatwa, to discuss a proposed bill aimed at developing and reforming university and continuing pharmaceutical education. The proposal includes updating the legislative framework and regulations governing the sector.
During the meeting, participants agreed to organize a specialized workshop on “Reforming Pharmaceutical Education.” Several experts from pharmacy faculties at Libyan universities will take part, under the sponsorship of the Education Affairs Committee. The date and location of the workshop will be determined later.
