The hospital clarified that most injuries were superficial. They underwent daily follow-up within the department. Some cases required admission for necessary medical care.
The medical staff continues to work during the Eid holiday. It is the only specialized entity in the Western region for eye injuries during this period. The hospital praised the role of the Inspection and Follow-up Office. This office oversees operations and monitors patient conditions.
The hospital warned about the danger of using bead pellet guns. These guns annually cause injuries. These injuries can lead to permanent disabilities or blindness. The hospital called for community responsibility to curb this phenomenon. This responsibility starts with parents and merchants.
