The Libyan Finance Ministry informed the Foreign Ministry of nominating the brother of State Minister for the Cabinet Affairs as a financial controller in the Libyan Embassy in Qatar.
A letter signed by Finance Minister, Khaled al-Mabrook, and directed to Foreign Minister, Najla Mangoush, stated that Amer Juma Amer, brother of State Minister Adel Juma Amer, had been nominated by the Ministry for the position.
