Following the announcement of the lifting of force majeure on all fields and oil terminals in Libya by the National Oil Corporation (NOC), the oil tanker IBELA, carrying the Italian flag, entered to load and export a shipment through the Brega oil terminal of the Sirte Oil and Gas Company, according to NOC.Earlier today the outgoing Government of National Unity announced that the new NOC Chairman Farhat Bengdara chaired a preparatory meeting for the Board of Directors at the Corporation’s headquarters in Tripoli.
Last Friday, Bengdara announced the end of the closures in all oil fields and ports, starting from Friday, lifting force majeure.
