A Libyan member of parliament warned on Sunday that Libya would return to war if the Government of National Unity provided financial support for Turkey.
Saeed Amgheeb denounced aiding Turkey with money at a time when the financial crisis in Libya is affecting the living standards of its citizens.
Amgheeb called on the Libyan people in the eastern region, Cyrenaica, to either “block oil exports” or “declare separation” from the government, which he described as an “incubator of the Turks”.
