Outgoing Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh spoke on the phone yesterday with the U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to discuss elections in Libya, according to a brief statement by Dbeibeh’s office.
The two also discussed support for Guterres’ advisor on Libya, Stephanie Williams, in order to “move forward with the electoral process as soon as possible”.
