Hrawa – Mohamed Lamloum, the mayor of Hrawa, met with Major General Khaled Al-Tawil, Deputy Head of the Civil Status Authority, to discuss ways to improve services for residents and address challenges facing the Civil Registry Office in the municipality.
Members of the municipal council and the deputy director of the municipal office attended the meeting. They reviewed the current situation and needs of the Civil Registry Office and discussed measures to make services more accessible to citizens.
Major General Al-Tawil affirmed the authority’s readiness to cooperate with the Hrawa municipal council and support efforts to resolve bottlenecks and streamline civil status procedures within the municipality.
During his visit, the deputy head of the authority toured the Hrawa Passport Department and Civil Registry Office buildings to assess their condition and requirements.
The visit aims to enhance coordination between the Hrawa municipality and the Civil Status Authority, contributing to better services and easing obstacles for residents.
