High Council of State (HCS) Head, Khaled al-Mishri, received Saturday in Tripoli, French ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Maharaj.
They discussed many current political issues in the country, especially the recent meetings on the consensual constitutional basis with the House of Representatives (HoR), according to HCS media office.
For his part, the ambassador affirmed his country’s support for consensus between the two houses to reach consensus on electoral laws and legislation to achieve stability in Libya, the Office said in a statement.
