Health Minister appeals for Libyans to get vaccinated

Libyan Health Minister Ali Al-Zanati has called on Libyans to get vaccinated as soon as possible to move the country past the current critical health phase.

Al-Zanati made his remarks during the opening of the country’s largest COVID-19 vaccination center on Wednesday, which was established inside a sports complex in Tripoli and contains some 60 vaccination stations.

801,568 people have been vaccinated in Libya so far, according to today’s report by the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC).
