HNEC extends voter registration deadline

The High National Election Commission (HNEC) announced on Wednesday that has extended the deadline for voter registration of the general elections in December 24, HNEC chairman Imad al-Sayeh announced on Wednesday.

The HNEC had opened registration in July 4, and over 2.5 million eligible voter have registered ever since.
