Benghazi – Minister of Interior of the Libyan Government, Major General Essam Abuzariba, received the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and his accompanying delegation in Benghazi on Monday.
The meeting was attended by several heads of security agencies and directors of departments within the Ministry of Interior.
According to the Ministry, the visit comes within the framework of strengthening security cooperation between the two friendly countries and following up on prospects for joint partnership.
For his part, the Minister affirmed during the meeting the keenness of the Libyan Government’s Ministry of Interior to build effective and close partnerships with friendly nations, in a manner that serves the security and stability of the country and enhances mutual capabilities.
