The 5+5 Joint Military Committee has reached an agreement on the withdrawal of foreign forces from Libya, Faitori Greipil, a member of the committee, said yesterday.
He told reporters that the deal stipulates the withdrawal of mercenaries during the first phase, followed by the withdrawal of Turkish regular forces in the second phase.
Greipil did not specify a timeframe for the exit process.
