Libyan Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush spoke on the phone today with her Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias to discuss “deepening bilateral relations and recent developments in Libya”, the Greek Foreign Ministry said via Twitter.
“Dendias stressed the need for conditions to prevail that would allow the holding of fair elections in the country,” the Greek ministry added.
