BERLIN – Libyan Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush said on Wednesday there was progress on the issues of foreign mercenaries in the country.
Speaking during a press conference after the Berlin Conference, Mangoush said that foreign fighters would be withdrawn on both sides of the conflict “hopefully within coming days” .
