GENEVA – The Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) has began its plenary discussion in Switzerland on Monday.
The session began with a speech by the United Nations envoy to Libya, Jan Kubis, who urged the members of the dialogue forum to put Libya’s interest above all else in order to get the country out of its crisis and hold the elections on time.
LPDF is expected to vote on a proposal on a constitutional basis for the 24 December 2021 Parliamentary and Presidential election, which was developed by its Advisory Committee.
