Mohamed al-Menfi, chairman of Libya’s Presidential Council, is expected in Brussels on Thursday to participate in the European Union-African Union summit, Italian news agency Nova reports.
While in Brussels, Menfi is scheduled to hold a meeting with President the European Council Charles Michel, Nova said, citing unnamed Libyan sources.
