Mohammed al-Menfi, chairman of the Presidential Council, arrived in Tobruk on Saturday where he will meet with municipal officials and civil society representatives to discuss national reconciliation, according to a brief statement by the council.
Al-Menfi’s visit to the eastern Libya city will “last for several days”, said the council.
