Minister of State for Women’s Affairs discusses with the Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to Libya ways to strengthen joint cooperation in supporting women

Tripoli – GNU Minister of State for Women’s Affairs, Randa Ghareeb, met with the Austrian Ambassador to Libya, Barbara Grossmann. The two officials discussed ways to strengthen cooperation on issues related to supporting women and expanding their participation in various fields.

During the meeting, the minister outlined the office’s priorities. These include supporting women leaders, increasing women’s presence in decision-making positions, and promoting economic empowerment and social protection programs.

The talks also covered opportunities for cooperation in training, capacity building, and exchanging expertise to develop initiatives for women and to benefit from international experiences that support development efforts.
