Tripoli – The Department of Inspectorate Affairs at the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Training and Education Development Center, organized a workshop yesterday. It is part of the Ministry’s plan to implement qualitative training programs. These programs enhance human resource efficiency. They support continuous development. They also improve the educational system.
This workshop targets education inspectors in municipalities. Fifty-two education inspectors are participating. This is the first phase. The workshop aims to enhance administrative and technical staff capabilities. It also seeks to raise their professional competency. This will positively impact the quality of administrative and educational performance. It will also contribute to advancing the educational process at the municipal level.
Mohsen Al-Kabeer, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Inspectorate Affairs, attended the workshop’s opening. Al-Mabrouk Imbarek, Director of the Department of Inspectorate Affairs, was also present. Mohammed Ghouma, Director-General of the Training and Education Development Center, attended as well.
