Benghazi – The Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has called on all Libyan citizens residing in the Republic of Guinea-Bissau to exercise the utmost caution and to adhere to the instructions issued by local authorities, given the current circumstances in the country.
In an official statement, the Ministry stressed the need to avoid travel to and from Guinea-Bissau at the present time, noting that it is advisable to wait until a further notice is issued regarding the security situation there. The Ministry pointed out that this measure is part of its commitment to the safety of Libyan citizens and the protection of their interests abroad.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation expressed its hope for a swift return of stability and security to the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, affirming that it is continuously and closely monitoring the situation’s developments and taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of Libyans residing there.
