The National Development Agency has confirmed the continuation of construction work on the new Al-Jufra Airport terminal, in parallel with maintenance and development of the main and parallel runways, ensuring the airport’s readiness for the next phase in accordance with the highest technical standards.
A Vital Project Supporting Development
The agency’s media office explained that the project will represent a renewed economic gateway and an important link to support stability and enhance the development movement in the Al-Jufra region and its surroundings, due to the opportunities it will provide in the fields of transport, services, and investment.
Accelerated Pace of Work in Line with Vision 2030
The office noted that the project is moving forward at an accelerated pace, based on the designs and technical specifications prepared by the Strategic Projects Department of the National Development Agency, as part of Libya Vision 2030, which aims to build a strong infrastructure that enhances integration and supports the national economy.
