Head of the Tripoli-based High Council of State (HCS), Khaled al-Mishri, said Monday that the proposed government project is tantamount to enabling “the aggressors” to enter Tripoli through the window, after they failed to enter it by force.
Al-Mishri added in a tweet: “I wish my brother and friend Fathi Bashagha, who played the most prominent role in defending the capital, pays close attention to this matter.”
HCS Head continued, “Our vision is to adopt a constitutional basis and consensual electoral laws, and to go to elections in a specific and quick period of time.”
