The Libyan National Center of Meteorology has warned of strong winds, to a northwesterly to westerly storm on the west coast, and southeasterly to easterly winds on the east coast.
The marine fishing bulletin issued by the center on Thursday showed wind speeds ranging between 25 and 40 knots, with wave heights ranging between 3.00 and 5.00 meters.
In the meantime, several municipalities in Benghazi and its environs declared a day off in schools and government institutions due to bad weather.
