Sabha – The National Development Agency has launched construction of a dual carriageway next to the Tarek Bin Ziyad School, opposite the entrance to the main road in the Sabha University administration area. The project is part of ongoing urban development efforts in Sabha, including the paving and rehabilitation of Martyrs’ Square.
The project includes preparing and completely resurfacing the square, building a dedicated pedestrian track, and installing a modern and integrated lighting system. Plans also call for creating green spaces. These measures aim to improve infrastructure and enhance the city’s appearance, providing more organized and attractive public areas for residents.
This work is part of a comprehensive development strategy in Sabha to rehabilitate streets and public squares, and upgrade service facilities in a manner that reflects the needs of the city and its people.
