Board of Directors of the Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC) directed a letter to the Corporation’s Chairman, Mustafa Sanalla, absolving itself of responsibility for his decisions taken individually.
The Board said in the letter that the Chairman’s decisions negatively affected the reputation of the Corporation, confounded the workflow, and conflicted with the decisions of the Ministry of Oil and Gas.
