Libyan Oil Ministry discussed in a meeting on Tuesday the activities of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and its companies, production levels, and the problems and difficulties it faces, on top of which is the lack of budgets required for the conduct of production operations.
The meeting included Minister of Oil and Gas, Mohamed Aoun, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Production Affairs, Refaat al-Abbar, in the presence of Adel Jibril, the legal advisor at the Ministry, according to the Information and Communication Office at the Ministry of Oil and Gas.
