Libya’s House of Representatives will discuss on Monday, October 11, the adjustments requested by the High National Election Commission regarding the elections legislations, HNEC chairman Imad al-Sayeh told the press today.
According to Libyan news website Al-Saaa 24, al-Sayeh said he spoke with House Speaker Aguila Saleh, and he anticipated the the modifications would be adopted by the parliament.
The HNEC chairman also reiterated his commitment to holding the presidential and parliamentary elections on December 24.
