General Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, Chief of General Staff, Chiefs of Staff, and a number of LNA officers attended al-Karama surface-to-surface missile exercise.

LNA Media Office confirmed Wednesday that Haftar, after the exercise, granted the participants an exceptional promotion in appreciation and motivation for their efforts and their distinguished role in implementing this exercise.

The Office added that al-Karama missile battalion carried out the shooting by firing four missiles (two single-shooting missiles with a time difference of 15 minutes, and double shooting with a time difference of 50 minutes) at a target located 200 kilometers and 242 meters away from the launch area at al-Maqazaha south of Benghazi.

The target, located southwest Tobruk, was hit with excellent accuracy, according to the reconnaissance attachment monitoring the target.
