The Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, received at his office in the General Headquarters the Senior Advisor to U.S. President Donald Trump, Mr. Massad Boulos, and the Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy to Libya, Mr. Jeremy Berndt, along with their accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the latest political developments in Libya and recent international and regional updates. They also explored ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries and support international efforts aimed at achieving permanent stability.
