Specialized Course for the Passports Department in Detecting Forged Travel Documents

Tripoli – A specialized training course on detecting forged travel documents concluded yesterday, Thursday. It was held at the Human Resources Development Fund headquarters in Tripoli. The Passports and Nationality Authority organized the course. They collaborated with the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation.

The one-week course targeted twenty employees from the Passports Authority. Its goal was to enhance their efficiency. It aimed to develop their skills in identifying modern forgery and counterfeiting methods. The course also boosted their capabilities in examining travel documents. This followed approved standards. It contributes to supporting security efforts. It also maintains the integrity of procedures.

The Deputy Head of the Authority attended the course conclusion. The Director of Planning and Training Affairs was also present. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation for Training Affairs attended as well.
