Libyan Foreign Minister, Najla Elmangoush, held a meeting with her Senegalese counterpart, Aïssata Tall Sall, on the sidelines of the 21st regular session of the Executive Council of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD), where the meeting dealt with the development and strengthening of cooperation and bilateral relations between the two countries.
