The Libyan political analyst, Al-Arabi Al-Werfalli, commented on the bankruptcy of the Wings Airlines, owned by Islamist Abdel Hakim Belhaj, noting that it was established with the money of the Libyans through a financial loan from the Libyan Foreign Bank and was unable to pay it off.
