Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity (GNU), has formed a committee to receive requests to grant Libyan citizenship to the children of Libyan women married to non-Libyans, the children of naturalized citizens and those who could not prove their Libyan origins.
