Foreign Minister of the Libyan Parliament-appointed Government, Abdul Hadi al-Huwaij, made a phone call on Saturday with the Syrian Foreign Minister, Faisal Mekdad, where they exchanged means of activating relations between the two brotherly countries, according to the Libyan Foreign Ministry.
