Member of the Libyan 5+5 Joint Military Committee (JMC), Al-Hadi Al-Fallah, said the team of international observers who arrived in Libya in accordance with the Geneva Agreement is made up of 10 civilians, in charge of monitoring mercenaries’ exit from the country.
