Tripoli – The Community Sustainability Center at the University of Tripoli intends to hold an introductory day for the “Nawa” initiative. This institutional university initiative aims to enhance awareness. It seeks to establish human values and build a sustainable community impact starting from the university.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research explained the initiative on its page. The program rests on six main tracks designed to address community challenges. It aims to strengthen the roles of students, faculty members, and staff within a unified framework. This framework is based on social responsibility, sustainability, and joint action. It also reinforces the university’s role in community leadership.
The introductory day will include a presentation of the initiative’s vision and goals. It will define the various tracks and work mechanisms. The event will also highlight the university’s role in community service. An interactive session will aim to activate participation and build practical work paths.
The introductory day will be held today, Wednesday, February 4, 2026. The event takes place at the Rashid Kaabar Theater from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
