Inspection Results
The verification of the site and individuals resulted in identifying the circle of suspects managing the activity and a deeper understanding of their motives, with the seizure of one hundred and nineteen containers used to store two hundred and thirty-eight thousand liters of fuel.
Prosecution’s Actions
The Public Prosecution ordered the seizure of the assets at the operation’s location, initiated public proceedings against three defendants arrested during the inspection, and directed the pursuit of the remaining individuals involved in the incident.
