Tripoli – A dialogue session titled “Libya in the African Depth and Future Stakes in Agenda 2063” will be held in the capital, Tripoli, next Monday. It is scheduled for 5:30 PM. The event will take place at Houche Mahmoudi. A group of researchers, diplomats, and African affairs experts will participate.
The session is part of ongoing discussions about Libya’s position in the African continent. It will address several themes related to Libya’s African depth. Topics include its future role within the African Union’s Agenda 2063. Regional integration and cooperation issues will also be covered. Participants will discuss strengthening future African partnerships.
Four speakers are confirmed for the session. They include Khawla Al-Taybli, a researcher in regional and international studies. Mohamed Al-Shaibani, former head of planning for North Africa Command, will also speak. Saleh Majjoun, former ambassador and Arab League representative to the African Union, is another participant. Rami Ka’an, a Foreign Ministry advisor specializing in African affairs, completes the panel.
The presentations will focus on discussing Africa’s Vision 2063. Libya’s role in supporting continental integration paths will be examined. Building strategic partnerships across the African continent is another key area.
