Sirte – The cargo ship “Lutuf” has docked at the Sirte Free Zone (SFZ) port, arriving from the Turkish port of Gemlik, carrying a shipment of containers with general goods weighing nearly one thousand tons.
The docking was immediately followed by the direct unloading of the cargo, with offloading and handling operations completed smoothly, in a clear demonstration of the operational readiness the port achieves with each new reception of a commercial vessel.
This step represents an important indicator of the increasing commercial activity through the port, which is witnessing rapid development in its operational readiness in conjunction with the ongoing preparation and development work to increase its capabilities and enhance its position on the map of Libyan ports.
