The Municipal Council of Sebha, in southern Libya, reported that two people have died and 33 others have been injured due to heavy rains that have hit the southern Libyan city since yesterday evening.
In a statement released at dawn today, the authorities updated the situation, informing that emergency teams and ambulances intervened promptly, but the toll remains serious with numerous injuries and two deaths.
